About Tom
I've been coaching for two and a half years, it's my favourite job by far (and I've had a lot of jobs).Before coaching, I was a high-level athlete for 8 years, and still have maintained a high level of fitness, through practising what I preach.I genuinely find it so rewarding when I'm able to help someone figure out how they can sustainably implement training habits into their lives and love watching them progress.I'd do it for free if I could live off of sunlight, but I've got to eat too!
